START: What do you want to start doing? What do you want more of in your life? What feelings, what activities, what energy? What baby step can you take today?
STOP: What have you had enough of? What are you tolerating or feeding into that is not adding value to your life? What area of your life is begging for more boundaries?
CONTINUE: What habits or trends do you want to continue? What's been working for you? What can you do to ensure you keep it going?
Let's dive in!
Start: I would like to start eating healthier and finding an exercise regime that I like! I absolutely HATE exercising but it's necessary especially since I LOVE to eat lol. I want to feel more energetic, keep my lively attitude, start a garden, and accurately express myself. Sometimes I'm unsure if my message comes off the way I intend. My baby steps I can take today is researching recipes that go with my new Pescatarian diet.
Stop: I have had enough of listening to others problems and not feeling like people are there for me or even interested in my life. I'm tired of feeling like I give a lot more in all areas of life to people in my inner circle only to receive little if anything in return. I need to continue to set boundaries in saying no, and knowing my worth on what is acceptable and unacceptable behavior.
Continue: I haven't eaten any meat other than seafood in 14 days! I want to continue this habit as I have noticed a difference in my skin and the way I feel. I've lost a few pounds and would even like to begin finding holistic ways to health.
